    When Tara Stiles told us, “Enjoying life and food and desserts to me is an important part of staying healthy and happy,” she wasn’t kidding; the Strala Yoga founder and Without Walls friend has figured out a way to make even the guiltiest of pleasures a fuel for our workouts. 

    Yes, we’re talking the Wendy’s Frosty—Tara came up with a healthy version of the fast-food staple, which is now her go-to smoothie. “It’s my own recipe,” she says with a smile, before adding, “So good”—and it’s so ridiculously easy to make that we’re sharing it with you.

    What You Need 
    1 spoonful of almond butter 
    1 cup almond milk 
    1 banana 
    Dash of vanilla extract
