    -1 whole coconut, halved
    -1 banana
    -1 cup of frozen strawberries
    -1/2 cup of frozen pineapples
    -1/2 cup of frozen blueberries
    -1 cup almond milk
    -1 tbsp. honey
    -2 tbsp. granola
    -1 tbsp. chia seeds
    -2 edible flowers

    1. Prepare your fruit. Cut the banana into slices.

    2. Measure out the rest of the frozen fruit you will need. These will be going in the blender to create your base.

    3. Dump your fruit into your blender cup! Using frozen berries gives your base a thicker, smoother consistency.

    4. Add in the honey.

    5. Add in the almond milk.

    6. Blend until smooth and transfer the mixture to your halved coconut. (To halve it, poke open one of the 3 holes on top with a screwdriver and then use a hammer to tap across the center of the coconut. It should break apart easily.)

    7. Top with banana, chia seeds, granola, and the edible flowers.

    8. Enjoy!
