    The De-stress Smoothie 

    Need a smoothie to de-stress? Here are the ingredients you'll need:

    -1 orange
    -1 banana
    -1 carrot
    -1/2 of a mango
    -1 cup orange juice
    -4-6 ice cubes
    -GOLDE Turmeric Wellness Blend 
    -Moondeli Meditation Tonic


    Start by putting all of the solid ingredients into the blender. This includes oranges, banana, frozen mango and sliced carrot. Then, add some orange juice and a handful of ice cubes to get the perfect smoothie consistency. If your smoothie is too thin or too thick, add in more liquid or ice cubes as needed.


    Next, add 1 tbsp. of GOLDE Original Turmeric Wellness Blend, a supplement filled with organic turmeric, ginger and cardamom to enhance balance and well-being.


    Finally, add 1 tsp. of the Moondeli Meditation Tonic (featuring Reishi, good for the immune system) for an extra touch of good vibes and blend!

    The Energy Smoothie

    If you're looking for an extra boost in the AM, here are the ingredients you'll need:

    -1 cup mixed berries
    -Handfull of spinach
    -2 tbsp. hemp seeds
    -Moon Juice Brain Dust
    -HUM Raw Beauty Green Superfood Powder
    -4-6 ice cubes
    -1 cup cranberry juice


    Add your frozen berries, spinach, ice cubes and cranberry juice into the blender.


    Add your hemp seed, 1 tbsp. of HUM Raw Beauty Green Superfood Powder, chock full of good greens, and 1 tsp. of the Moon Juice Brain Dust. Blend!

    The Detox Smoothie

    After a long weekend of junk food, these ingredients will get your tummy feeling right:

    -1/2 cucumber
    -1/2 cup pineapple
    -1 banana
    -Handful of kale, stems removed
    -Juice of 1/2 lemon
    -1 cup water (or coconut water)
    -4-6 ice cubes
    -2 tbsp. chia seeds
    -KOYAH Organice Smoothie Powder
    -Anima Mundi Liver Vitality Daily Supplement


    Add your solids into the blender. This includes cucumber, banana, kale and ice cubes.


    Top it off by squeezing a lemon into the blender, but don't forget to catch the seeds! You can also use lemon juice concentrate instead.
