Janis Joplin Greatest Hits:
I grew up listening to Janis Joplin playing in the van on the family road trips. My dad was a Deadhead so '70s East Coast hippie rock was all we really had to choose from. I did not appreciate her back then but now I love her. She was looking for love, and was not afraid to ask for it.

Donna Summer, On the Radio
She was one of the original divas who sung about sex and liberation. If you were not getting what you needed from your lover then move on, she said... I love that!

Radiohead, Hail to the Thief:
"Scatterbrain" is one my favorite songs, I can get lost in it. It makes for a great soundtrack when wandering around the streets of New York.

Grace Jones, The Best of Grace Jones:
Do I really need to explain why
I love this album? She is such
an icon!

Edith Piaf, La Vie en Rose:
How beautiful! Not only was this one of my favorite movies, the soundtrack is absolutely amazing.
