Who is Bozo Texino? is a documentary shot entirely on 16mm film over the span of 16 years, as filmmaker and artist Bill Daniel tracked a mysterious and prolific rail graffiti writer who scrawled a hat and "Bozo Texino" on rail cars for more than 80 years.
