Chloe Schempf is the first of 3 designers selected to be featured exclusively on UO.com in the Urban Renewal boutique. Chloe was one of hundreds of submissions we received this June when we posted the Urban Renewal Artist Customized Sweater Project on the blog. This year’s item is a super fine gauge boyfriend cardigan which was embellished, appliqued, screen printed, hand dyed, reconstructed and embroidered in an array of styles.
