On Friday, March 15th we continued our UO Live in Austin showcase with an awesome lineup of female-fronted acts and women who rock. From synth pop to dream folk to DIY bedroom indie, the day ran the gamut from style to style showcasing the best that the music world has to offer.

Winnipeg’s own Living Hour kicked off the day with their dreamy Canadian psychedelia. Local Austin singer Molly Burch showed her hometown love. Jay Som played cuts from their standout new LP, Everybody Works. With their aggressive brand of London post-punk, Dream Wife had the afternoon crowd enraptured. Vagabon’s Laetitia Tamko and co. played songs from her debut album, Infinite Worlds. And finally, Australian synth-pop group Sui Zhen finished out their day with their lush electronic sounds.
Prynt was in the house demo-ing their smartphone photo printers!
Crosley were cutting custom vinyl records from the studio in the fitting room.
