    Fancy Frozen Pizza
    -frozen pizza
    -shredded mozzarella cheese
    -1 pint ricotta cheese
    -balsamic vinaigrette
    -assorted tomatoes

    1. To start, add dollops of ricotta to the top of your still-frozen pizza. (We did ours in a semi-circle, just to keep things even.)

    2. Slice your tomatoes and add them onto the top of your pizza. (You'll be surprised at the difference fresh tomatoes make.)

    3. Drizzle the top of your pizza with balsamic vinaigrette. You can make your own, but we bought ours pre-made to keep it simple.

    4. Sprinkle fresh mozzarella over the entire thing and then bake in the oven at 350 for 10 minutes (or follow the instructions on your frozen pizza box if they're drastically different).

    5. Once your pizza has cooled a bit, sprinkle arugula on top and drizzle with a little more balsamic.

    6. Cut into slices and enjoy!

    Easy Ice Cream Sandwiches
    -assorted pints of ice cream
-assorted cookies (we grabbed store-made chocolate chip and sugar)
-assorted toppings (sprinkles, chocolate chips, slivered almonds — anything you want!)
    -large knife

    1. Making these ice cream sandwiches is so easy, we almost don't even need to write down the steps. (But we will.) First, use your knife to slice directly through your chosen pint container. This will create a little "puck" of ice cream that'll be easy to slide onto a cookie.

    2. To remove the paper from the ice cream, either peel it back or slide it off the top, whichever seems easier. (And remember to work fast!)

    3. Top with another cookie.

    4. Perfectly ready to enjoy! If you're looking to really get crazy, this is when you can add toppings to the sides...

    5. ...simply set out your chosen toppings in shallow bowls and roll the sides of your sandwiches through. Setting up an ice cream sandwich station with all available toppings is also a good idea if you're having a bunch of people over to make their own sandwiches.

    6. Enjoy with friends! Any uneaten ice cream sandwiches can be stored in the freezer.
