Carpuccino
All hail the British! Those kooky geniuses across the pond have actually invented a vehicle fueled by roasted coffee granules. It's called the Carpuccino, and it runs on an impressive 56 espressos per mile. Sort of like us.

For the latest covetable collection of Penguin Classics, the publisher teams up with (RED) to raise money for AIDS awareness. With powerful quotes from the text emblazoned across the cover, they're enough to make a bibliophile's heart beat faster. (Via Creative Review.)

I have long been in love with Charles Anastase and his wondrous collections. He is one of few designers who make me want to dress supremely chic and crazy at the same time. When I heard he was doing bags for Longchamp I kind of wondered, what took so long? They are as cute as could be imagined and I'm literally praying for the first time ever that the ballet slipper bag lands on my doorstep. x - Jen

Blood, Sweat & Fears is a live magazine taking place on Carnaby Street from March 17th -21st, showcasing emerging British artists and designers. The project will translate the concept of a magazine from the printed page to a live, interactive event, and will feature artists as diverse as jellymongers, illustrators, musicians and a ‘haute coiffeur’ hairdresser. It sounds pretty rad to me!-Molly Donovan
If you loved these dinosaur bags on the Giles runway than you'll be happy to know they've gone into production and will probably be showing up on the chicest women during fashion week. I could see Julia Frakes of Bunny BISOUS toting one for sure. x - Jen
Was just riding home on the 55 bus when I saw a crowd of very sad looking people gathered outside the McQueen offices. A few minutes later I heard the horrible news that Lee Mcqueen had been found dead in his home. An inspiration to the fashion world and the ultimate createur. He will be sorely missed.
As far as cover bands go, you usually don't leave the show questioning whether or not you had just seen the original band. However, last Saturday night at Barden's Boudoir, I realized I was being far too stereotypical and judgmental of these odd little kinds of bands. If you like Black Sabbath and amazing costumes, check out Sack Sabbath immediately. Original Ozzy Osbourne not included, however a very impressive look alike is.

Ballad Of is a magazine that was started by two girls, Claire and Lindsey, and which is full of pretty art, pretty fashion, and just general prettiness.
This Thursday, a group photo show Clinic Presents Magic opens in the Take Courage Gallery. Clinic is a poetry and arts collective and pretty much everything they do is magic anyway, so this will surely be no exception.
As part of The Curve at the Barbican, French artist Céleste Boursier-Mougenot created a walk-thru atrium filled with finches and musical instruments. Eventually, they might play "All Along the Watchtower."
Saga Sigurdardottir's images are the stuff that candy floss and lipstick dreams are made of.
Everyone loves 3-D. And everyone loves wolves. So this poster can't really lose.
Since Piers Atkinson's latest collection is entitled "Sex on the Brain," it really doesn't take much to decipher these visual euphemisms. Wait, are these really even euphemisms?

This Friday, Chrissie Abbott kicks off her new night of curated art and DJs (plus a bubble machine!) at Jaguar Shoes in Shoreditch. It will probably be just as rad as you would expect.
