Dennis Haskins, the actor who played Mr. Belding on Saved By the Bell, is a big karaoke circuit star (wtf?) and is coming out with a karaoke album on Sept 1st. Farrah Fawcett Dies
Farrah Fawcett died of cancer earlier this morning. We spent many summers in the '80s watching Charlie's Angels reruns, so we'll always remember her in those bombshell days, and for bringing pop-culture one of the most famous posters of all time.
Ed McMahon Dies
Ed McMahon died yesterday at age 86. He was long known as Johnny Carson's sidekick, the host of Star Search and as the spokesperson for Publisher's Clearinghouse Sweepstakes. And as evidenced by the pink shirt in this photo, he was a natty dresser till the end.

With Spike Jonez serving as creative director, and 20 international bureaus, VBS.tv has become an unlikely media outlet for unflinching investigative reporting (and they also have The Cute Show!). It returns to MTV2 this Saturday, with new episodes including Heavy Metal in Baghdad, Epicly Later'd, The Vice Guide to North Korea and, most importantly, The Cute Show traveling to seven states to find the cutest hedgehogs.

Paris' New BFF
Ok, we know this isn't the usual UO Blog fodder but it's a Philly story so we're going with it. Jonny Makeup (that's him on the right), who you might know as one of the VIP Party Boys, is in the running to become Paris' new BFF. Now, the road to BFF-dom isn't easy - you have to collect a ton of votes to be considered, get past the casting directors, impress Paris, etc. so Jonny is doing what it takes.
