Pop Montréal In-Store - SAT!
If you're in Montréal tomorrow we're having an in-store performance in conjunction with Pop Montréal at our 4301 St-Denis location and it's going to blow doors. Random Recipe are two former UO gals; one raps and beatboxes and the other sings acapella and plays the guitar. Joining them will be DJ Arcade (another former UO staffer) and Supreeme (that's them above), a trio of ATL based hip-hop cosmonauts. The show starts at 2pm so fix up and look sharp. Worn
There’s the familiar, contemporary definition of fashion - what’s in style and on trend - and then there’s the less common meaning - to make or facilitate. Worn Journal, the semi-annual zine out of Montreal emphasizes the latter of the two with articles that touch upon the creative process of clothes-making as well as fashion’s political, historical and cultural significance.

Lots of young photographers are logging some serious miles for their craft. Case in point: Ben Pobjoy. For his Land of America project, Ben stared out the window during 90 hours of non-stop bus rides last June, covering over 7000 miles of America and Mexico in 13 days. That's some serious cabin fever in exchange for some serious photos.
