• On The Menu: Breakfast in Bed


    When your alarm goes off and you hit snooze 1 (or two) more times, always remember: you can get some breakfast and head back to bed! Why not spend a cozy morning catching up with your favorite book or record, and indulging in an easy to make, but decadent breakfast? We caught up with Steffy Degreff to show us how to turn every morning into a blissful experience. 



    With temps dropping and leaves changing colors (so soon!) there's no place I'd rather be than in bed with some pumpkin oatmeal, cozying up. This is my go-to Fall breakfast recipe, complete only with a pumpkin candle burning in the room while you eat it!  


    Ingredients

    -1 pack of plain oatmeal 
    -boiling water to taste 
    -1 can pumpkin puree (you will only use 1/4 cup of this) 
    -1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 
    -1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice 
    -2 tbs brown sugar 
    -optional walnuts and cranberries added in 


    1. Mix boiling water to oatmeal & pumpkin puree.

    2. Add the spices to taste, and top with walnuts and cranberries! It's that easy! Take your cozy bowl and snuggle up in bed.
