• 12 Years of DFA

DFA Records has released a short film titled "Too Old To Be New, Too New To Be Classic," and it features interviews with James Murphy, singer for LCD Soundsystem and one of the founders of DFA Records, as well as other acts that are a part of the New York based label. It's full of super-fun info—like, I totally did not know that Jonathan Galkin, the other founder of DFA Records, was one of the stars of Hey Dude. That is awesome. There's also going to be a 12th anniversary celebration for DFA Records at Grand Prospect Hall in Brooklyn on May 25, but you better start stalking Craigslist now because it's (sadly) sold out. —Katie
